  • 2008 Income Limits are now available.
    The 2008 Applicable Median Family Income (AMFI) limits (PDF) have been released by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and have been reviewed by our legal counsel. The new limits, effective March 1, 2008, are for use in conjunction with ALL outstanding TDHCA Bond Programs. Please note that the purchase price limits will remain the same as the 2007 purchase price limits.
